GabeeAI — Responsible AI & AI Use Statement

GabeeAI uses artificial intelligence to transcribe speech and to generate summaries, suggestions, and answers. We want you to use it with clear eyes.

AI output can be wrong

AI-generated transcripts, summaries, action items, and suggestions may contain errors, omissions, mishearings, or fabricated ("hallucinated") details. Transcription accuracy varies with audio quality, accents, overlapping speech, and background noise.

Always review and verify AI output before relying on it or acting on it. Do not treat it as a verbatim record or as a substitute for your own judgement.

Not professional advice

GabeeAI's output is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Decisions you make based on it are your responsibility.

Where the AI runs

• By default, GabeeAI runs AI models on your device (local speech-to-text and a local language model). Your content is processed locally and is not sent to us.
• Optional cloud features (a cloud AI model, or web search) send data to a third-party provider only when you choose them, under that provider's terms.

We don't train on your content

We do not collect your conversations, transcripts, or documents, and we do not use them to train models. If you opt into a third-party cloud model, that provider's data and training practices apply — review them.

Human accountability

GabeeAI is an assistant, not a decision-maker. A person — you — remains accountable for what is recorded, how output is used, and for informing and obtaining consent from participants (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
